The Constructed Face
Size M
A One-of-a-Kind Statement Piece
This denim jacket exists as a composed surface — a mosaic of fragments brought together with instinctive precision. Rather than being transformed through force, it evolves through placement, where each retained element and added detail contributes to a larger visual narrative.
The front remains subtly structured, allowing the original garment to hold its identity, while the surface becomes a field for intervention: layered patches, contrasting textures, and fabric remnants arranged like a shifting composition.
At the back, a hand-applied face emerges — expressive and slightly unsettling in its simplicity, reminiscent of a clown-like figure. It introduces a focal point that disrupts the symmetry of the jacket, turning the piece into something performative, almost character-like, without losing its stillness.
Additional fabric pieces hang loosely from the structure, introducing movement and unpredictability. They respond to the body, the air, and time, extending the jacket beyond its fixed form.
The result is not decoration, but construction of meaning — a garment that reads as image, object, and presence simultaneously. Entirely singular, it cannot be reproduced.
